Situated in a prominent and fast-developing precinct of Rewari, Paris Villa Resort, adjoining Paris Villa Banquet — among the most distinguished banquets in the city, emerges as a striking symbol of refined hospitality and architectural grandeur. Envisioned as a destination that elevates celebration experiences, the project sets a new benchmark for Beauty in the NCR region.

Designed by Diksha Sharma & Kanav Sharma from VAYATEE DESIGN STUDIO, the resort reflects a sophisticated fusion of classical design language and contemporary sensibilities. From its imposing, well-balanced facade one of its kind to the thoughtfully crafted ceilings, premium flooring design, and immersive reception interiors — every detail has been curated with precision and intent.

The planning approach was rooted in creating a seamless flow between grandeur and functionality. Every space was carefully zoned to manage large gatherings effortlessly while maintaining a sense of exclusivity and comfort.

This project came to us at a pivotal stage — with the basement and ground floor slabs already cast, yet without a defined vision.

The client’s brief was simple yet ambitious: to create something never seen before in NCR hospitality.

Responding to this, the design evolved into a Neo-Classical European statement, inspired by Parisian architecture — emphasizing symmetry, proportion, and timeless elegance. The intent was to transform an under-defined structure into a landmark destination that resonates with luxury, celebration, and identity.

CONCEPT & PLANNING:

Lighting plays a defining role in elevating the architecture.

A layered lighting approach was adopted — highlighting columns, cornices, and façade depth while creating a dramatic night-time identity. Warm tones enhance the richness of materials, while subtle shadow play accentuates classical detailing, making the building come alive after sunset.

The beauty of Paris Villa Resort lies in its rich European detailing.

From grand arches, articulated columns at front porch, fluted columns to finely ornate cornices, string courses and classical railings, ornamental motifs to patterned jaali and proportioned fenestration — each component is carefully curated.Subtle references of rose-inspired patterns and elegant balustrades, and further enhance the facade composition.Reception Interiors follow the same language, ensuring continuity between exterior grandeur and interior luxury.

Every line, moulding, and proportion has been thoughtfully designed to achieve visual harmony, maintain symmetry, depth creating a timeless architectural expression that bridges exterior grandeur with interior sophistication.

CHALLENGES

Working within an already cast basement and ground floor slab brought significant constraints, especially with a linear grid that differed from our design approach. Achieving classical symmetry, proportions, and facade depth within this fixed framework required constant refinement.

From finalizing porch column design to seamlessly merging the facade with the existing layout, every element was carefully reworked. Drawing from our resort design experience in other parts of Country specially in Udaipur, each corner was shaped with intent — backed by countless days and nights of iteration to achieve a cohesive and timeless result.
